Long story short, it took 2 months for my file to arrive. That was not surprising since the listing warned that products ship in 1-2 months. I say file since only one file arrived, not 10 like the listing says. Distraught, I contacted amazon to inform them of my issue. Always diligent, amazon had another order sent my way, free of charge. After another 2 months my order arrived, and at last I received a 10-pack.The file itself is great quality. At their price point, Bahco makes some of the best files for a reasonable budget. Though I was disappointed by the wait, and the single file at first, I know I can always count on amazon to make things right.
