Description
Carbonation Stones are a brite beer fermentation tank accessory and designed to be mounted via a Tri-Clamp fitting. Made from SS316 stainless steel, these stones have a submersible porous body that diffuses CO2 gas directly into brewing liquid. In an optimal system, the stone would be mounted to the lowest part of the tank to provide the longest distance for CO2 to travel to the head. Our carbonation stones come in both 6" and 8" lengths. All Tri-Clamp carbonation stones have the following features: — 1/4" NPT connection thread. — 3/4" OD x 6" Carbonation Stone — 2-micron porosity. — Stainless Steel SS316 body. Listing is for a single Carb Stone. Image for reference of 6" versus 8" stones.

This thing did the job. I was able to put 1000scfh through this thing at around 45 psi. There was very little pressure drop across it until I exceeded 500 scfh. There seemed to be a proportional relationship between bubble size and flowrate
